Job summary

Cadia Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Delaware. The OT will administer screenings and comprehensive evaluations, develop plans of care, and promote functional mobility and quality of life for patients.

Qualified candidates must hold an active Delaware OT license and CPR certification. Responsibilities include documentation, treatment plan adjustments, and providing OT services for patients with dementia or cognitive or visual impairments.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Delaware.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience administering screenings/evaluations and developing plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Administer screenings and comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop and adjust individualized plans of care to restore, adapt or maintain function.
• Document all evaluations and treatment plans in accordance with regulations.
• Provide OT services for patients with dementia or cognitive/visual impairments.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and facility policies.
