Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities in Ft. Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist as required.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR if state mandated.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Offers consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure and standards.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.

• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
