Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist at The Villas at Sunny Acres in Thornton, CO. The role involves evaluating and treating geriatric patients with cognitive and ADL impairments within a post-acute care setting.

We offer a flexible schedule and a supportive in-house therapy team. Licensed OT with any experience level is welcome. Pay ranges from $45 to $55 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist credential required.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL functioning disorders and develop plans of care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services based on referrals and outcomes.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Communicate progress and plans with the health team.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries.
