Pelican Pointe Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Windsor, CO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. The role offers a flexible schedule with work‑life balance and pay ranging from $40 to $55 per hour based on experience.

As part of our in-house team, you will screen and treat patients with cognitive and ADL functional disorders, develop plans of care, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality therapy services for geriatric clients in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screens/evaluates patients with cognitive/ADL issues and develops care plans.
• Uses standardized assessments to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative treatment per regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Administers procedures in the rehabilitation plan (ADL retraining, therapies, modalities).
• Evaluates progress and adjusts treatments in the medical record.
• Gives guidance to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Communicates progress with supervisor and health team members.
• Provides comprehensive discharge summaries per regulations.
