Job summary

Building Therapy Leaders is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join The Villas at Sunny Acres in Colorado. The role supports a post-acute geriatric care setting with a dedicated in-house therapy team focused on recovery and functional improvement.

Licensure as a Physical Therapist is required; new grads welcome. Compensation is $45–$55 per hour, with a flexible schedule and opportunities within a stable team. This position is on-site at the facility in Colorado.

Qualifications

• PT license required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plan (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.
