Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join The Villas at Sunny Acres in Thornton, CO. The role offers flexible full-time scheduling and compensation of $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience. The in-house therapy team serves post-acute and geriatric clients with value-driven CAPLICO principles.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
