The Villas at Sunny Acres in Thornton, CO seeks a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. Under Occupational Therapist supervision, you will provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment for patients with cognitive or physical challenges and help with ADLs.

We offer a stable schedule, competitive pay ($30–$36/hour based on experience), and a supportive team focused on geriatric care and recovery. Licensing required; state license/registration must be active.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising OT.
