Flagship Therapy seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position at The Villas at Sunny Acres in Thornton, CO. The role supports a dedicated in-house rehab team with an emphasis on geriatric post-acute care.

Pay ranges from $30 to $36 per hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include providing skilled interventions under an Occupational Therapist, ADL retraining, progress assessment, and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Education
