Job summary

HealthMark Rehabilitation is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists to treat residents and short‑term patients at our Tanglewood facility in Topeka, Kansas. The clinic is located at 5015 SW 28th St, Topeka, KS 66614.

Position requires Kansas OT license (OTR), strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a multi‑disciplinary team. Geriatric rehab experience is preferred; weekend and weekday availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold Kansas license/certification for Occupational Therapy (OTR).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to function in multi-faceted systems with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates time management and analytical abilities.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Successful completion of hiring process / background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and professional standards.
• Develops an overall plan of care with objectives and discharge goals.
• Performs skilled treatments as outlined in the plan of care.
• Documents observations and progress in a timely manner.
• Completes all required documentation per regulations and policies.
• Handles billing accurately on the date of service.
• Maintains rehab gym and treatment area with infection prevention.
