Job summary

Willow Tree Post Acute in Topeka, KS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative therapy in a skilled nursing setting, helping residents regain function and improve quality of life.

You will screen, treat, and document progress while following regulatory standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, active Kansas state licensure, and 1+ year of SNF experience. Pay is $47-$55 per hour; full-time, part-time or PRN options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Kansas state license.
• 1+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop a plan of care.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy and document progress per regulatory requirements.
• Administer therapies including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and modalities.
• Record treatment minutes and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate progress with the care team and provide discharge summaries as required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Active Kansas state license
