Job summary

The Healthcare Resort of Topeka in Topeka, KS, seeks a dedicated Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, and provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical functioning disorders, working within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

New grads are welcome. License as an Occupational Therapist is required to practice in the state.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and progress notes for patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with transfers and daily patient activities as needed.
• Prepare discharge summaries and coordinate care with therapists and staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and families to optimize patient outcomes.
