Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist in Carrollton, TX to join our in-house rehab program. You will work with a geriatric population across post-acute and long-term care settings, applying evidence-based therapies to improve ADL performance and cognitive functioning.

Licensed OT with flexibility to cover PRN shifts is preferred. The role emphasizes collaborative care with the rehab team, discharge planning, and adherence to regulatory standards in a post-acute environment.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL functional disorders and develop care plans.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment.
• Perform ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
