Qualifications

• Educational background in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's or Master's).
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
• Current OT license in TX or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with patients, families, and other clinicians.
• Supervise clinic aides and students and ensure daily treatment plans are followed.
• Implement therapies including sensory integration and neurodevelopmental techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities.
