Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts in Austin, TX. The role centers on evaluations, therapies, and collaborative care for patients with traumatic brain injuries, with opportunities for growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities span patient evaluations, therapy programs, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration within a dedicated team. Requires NBCOT certification and a TX OT license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Certification by NBCOT is mandatory.
• Licensed to practice as an OT in the state or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Preferred: knowledge of sensory integration and visual system neurodevelopment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate reports and communicate with families and providers.
• Supervise clinic aides and students; support daily treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs.
