Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for PRN on-call coverage in Plano, TX. You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and administer therapies to patients with brain injuries and neurological disorders.

The role emphasizes patient mobility, pain relief, and patient education within a collaborative clinical team. The successful candidate will hold a PT degree, be licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas, and may have APTA membership.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in TX.
• APTA membership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct initial evaluations and use outcome measures to guide care.
• Provide therapy including vestibular rehabilitation and home programs.
• Assist patients with brain injuries navigating varied surfaces and terrains.
• Supervise clinic aides and students; provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with patients, families, and other therapists.
