Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• NBCOT Certification is mandatory.
• Current California OT License or license eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to identify problems and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapy programs and supervise sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with patients, families and physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
• Provide mentorship to students and junior staff.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain licensure compliance.
