Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to serve patients across South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise COTAs while contributing to case management and ensuring compliant practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy to support senior residents and uphold CARE values in a dynamic setting.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
