American Senior Communities invites an Occupational Therapist to join East Lake Nursing, Elkhart Meadows, and Riverside Village in Elkhart, IN. The role focuses on delivering skilled OT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise COTA, and contribute to case management, while adhering to state regulations and maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
