American Senior Communities seeks an Occupational Therapist to join East Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Elkhart Meadows, and Riverside Village in Elkhart, IN. Provide skilled OT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in accordance with established OT practices.

You will evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, supervise COTA, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
