Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an Occupational Therapist to serve residents across East Lake Nursing, Elkhart Meadows, and Riverside Village. The role focuses on evaluating patients, creating and adjusting OT treatment plans, and guiding discharge planning with a team of therapists.

You will supervise COTAs, contribute to case management, and maintain excellent patient and staff relations while adhering to state OT regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with current state license (OTR)
• Experience evaluating patients and developing OT treatment plans
• Ability to supervise COTA and collaborate with therapy teams

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
