Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for Trailpoint Village to provide skilled OT services across South Bend, Mishawaka and Elkhart. The role supports evaluation, treatment planning, supervision of COTA, and collaboration with therapy leadership in our senior care centers.

Ideal candidates are flexible for a variety of shifts and committed to compassionate patient care within ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
