Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, setting measurable goals, documenting progress, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants while providing excellent patient care and family communication.

• Treat patients and educate them on injury, progress and outcomes.
• Re-evaluate patient progress and revise plans of care accordingly.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.

• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients

• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
