Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Physician to provide episodic, preventive, and acute care to client employees and their dependents aged 2 and older, with collaborative oversight of Advanced Practice Providers at our Solon, OH Health Center. Hours are as needed.

The role requires graduate from medical school, state license, board certification in specified areas, and current DEA; competitive pay with benefits including 401(k) with match and wellness programs; contact [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school and state license to practice.
• Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine (or board-eligible with certification within 12 months).
• Current DEA certification.
• BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.
• MRO certification may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients.
• May provide occupational health services as needed in some centers.
• Conduct histories and physical exams and prescribe medications/treatments.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on medical issues.
• Provide referrals to internal and external resources as appropriate.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care and monitor patient progress.
• Participate in annual health center goals and maintain medical records.
• Be available to NP/PA for consultation and collaborative oversight.
