Job summary

Premise Health Inc. invites qualified physicians to join our PRN program, providing episodic, preventive, and acute care to client employees and dependents aged 2+. Care is delivered in health centers across the greater Atlanta area with flexible hours Monday-Friday as needed.

You’ll conduct histories and exams, develop treatment plans, provide referrals, and participate in health program initiatives. Requirements include state licenses, DEA license, board certification, medical degree, CPR, and

Qualifications

• All state licenses to practice.
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice/oversite).
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license where required.
• Current board certificate (ABMS/AMA/AOA).
• Medical Degree.
• CPR certification meeting hands-on evaluation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients.
• May provide occupational health services in some centers.
• Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications/studies.
• Develops treatment plans and educates patients on medical issues.
• Provides referrals to internal/external resources as needed.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care and monitors progress.

Education

All state licenses to practice

Federal DEA license

State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license

Current board certificate

Medical Degree

CPR Certification

At least three years of post-residency clinical experience

Experience in primary care / urgent care / emergency room
