Premise Health is seeking a PRN Physician to provide episodic, preventive, and acute care for client employees and dependents aged 2 and older at health centers across the greater Atlanta area.

The role involves histories, exams, treatment planning, and referrals, with responsibilities including documentation in EMR systems and support for occupational health services where available. Hours are Monday–Friday as needed.

Qualificações

• All state licenses to practice.
• Federal DEA license.
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license where required.
• Current medical board certificate.
• Medical degree.
• CPR (BLS/ACLS) certification with hands-on evaluation.
• At least three years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or ER settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide episodic, preventive, and acute care.
• Possibly perform occupational health services.
• Conduct histories and physical exams and prescribe treatments.
• Develop treatment plans with patients and education.
• Provide referrals to internal or external resources.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and track patient progress.
• Identify emergencies and provide care within scope.
• Contribute to annual health center goals and operations.
• Maintain medical records (EMR in some centers).
• Support health program development as needed.
