Job summary

The Pavilion Behavioral Health System in Champaign, IL is seeking a PRN Staffing Coordinator to manage scheduling for Nursing Services, ensuring the facility is properly staffed at all times. You will create monthly and daily rosters for Nurses and Mental Health Associates and perform other clerical duties for the Director of Nursing, supporting compassionate patient care across all ages.

Experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred to coordinate coverage

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Prefer experience in a psychiatric hospital setting as a Mental Health Tech.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Nursing Services staff and ensure proper staffing.
• Create monthly and daily schedules for Nursing Services staff, including Nurses and Mental Health Associates.
• Perform clerical duties for the Director of Nursing.
