Job summary

The Pavilion Behavioral Health System in Champaign, IL is seeking a PRN Staffing Coordinator to manage scheduling for Nursing Services, ensuring the facility is properly staffed at all times. You will create monthly and daily rosters for Nurses and Mental Health Associates and perform other clerical duties for the Director of Nursing, supporting compassionate patient care across all ages.

Experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred to coordinate coverage

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Prefer experience in a psychiatric hospital setting as a Mental Health Tech.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.

The PRN staffing coordinator performs the scheduling and staffing function for Nursing Services for the hospital. Ensures the facility is properly staffed at all times. Creates a monthly and daily schedule for Nursing Services staff, including Nurses and Mental Health Associates. Performs other clerical duties for the Director of Nursing.
