Prairie Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Chicago Heights is seeking a dynamic Staffing Coordinator to manage daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the nursing staff.

You will ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and facility standards while maintaining excellent customer service for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification required.
• Prior scheduling experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to implement and interpret department policies and procedures.
• Must be able and willing to work as a CNA when short-staffed.

Responsabilités

• Schedule staff at appropriate levels per DON.
• Prepare and communicate shift assignments.
• Ensure compliance with state staffing requirements.
• Provide excellent service toward residents and staff.
• Assist in emergency evacuations as needed.
• Maintain dependability and regular attendance.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, reach during shifts.
