Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an RN House Supervisor for the night shift (7p-7a) to oversee patient care across all units. The role requires strong psychiatric nursing experience and the ability to lead and coordinate nursing staff in a challenging environment.

The RN Supervisor will ensure adherence to hospital policies, supervise medication administration, document care, and maintain the therapeutic milieu.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Experience in psychiatric settings
• Night shift supervision experience

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient care across all hospital units and shifts.
• Ensure staffing plans are implemented and aligned with patient needs.
• Serve as clinical resource to staff and resolve on-shift problems.
• Supervise documentation, medication administration, and adherence to policies.
• Escalate incidents and communicate with leadership as required.
• Provide ongoing feedback and participate in performance evaluations.
