Oceans Healthcare's Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (7pm–7am) to lead patient care in our 42-bed acute psychiatric unit. You will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized care and ensure patient safety while documenting progress and outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and strong communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administers medications as prescribed and educates patients on medications.
• Documentation of patient progress and coordination of care.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, quality nursing care.
• Maintains licensure and participates in continuing education.
