Job summary

Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts to provide comprehensive nursing care in a psychiatric hospital setting. The RN will lead milieu management, document patient progress, and administer medications in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, updating individualized care plans, ensuring safety, and complying with Joint Commission and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the US.
• Psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shift and rotate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead milieu management and direct patient care activities.
• Ensure accurate, thorough documentation of patient symptoms and responses.
• Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients about them.
• Maintain professional nursing standards per policy and external regulations.
• Collaborate with the care team to update care plans and progress notes.
