• Assesses patient care requirements and rounds on all hospital units.
• Maintain staffing plans and provide guidance to staff.
• Serve as a resource for solving clinical problems and enhance care delivery.
• Ensure safe medication delivery and accurate documentation of care.
• Provide education and performance feedback to staff in collaboration with DON/Nurse Manager.
• Comply with Joint Commission, Federal/State regulations and hospital policies.
