Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (required).

• Minimum 1+ year in acute care hospital setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on standards and patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders, monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure clear communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Respond to codes and participate in performance improvement activities.
