AdventHealth in Florida is seeking registered nurses (RN) for PRN mid and night shifts. Eligible clinicians may earn salary increases of up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience and performance.

Participation is voluntary and increases are determined by eligibility and advancement level. Position supports development and delivery of high-quality patient care, with collaboration across units and emphasis on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's in Nursing is required (RN).
• Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required; CCNS/NEONATAL are optional preferences.
• 1+ acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
• Continuously evaluate care plans and adjust to improve outcomes.
