Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care activities, and outcomes.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
