Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (MSS) for a PRN/per diem role in Florida. You will perform routine medical procedures, assist clinicians, and manage front and back-office tasks to ensure a smooth patient flow and positive experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate from Vocational/Technical/Business School.
• Externship in medical assisting preferred or direct MA experience.
• Experience with patient care and medical procedures desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for examinations including vital signs and ancillary testing.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and treatments.
• Triage emergent patients and support front/back office duties.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
