Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or NAACLS-approved Medical Technology program or equivalent education.
• No prior experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests as authorized within established protocols.
• Maintains calibration and repair of instruments and equipment.
• Documents quality control and quality assurance per protocol.
• Collects specimens from newborn, pediatric, and adult patients per protocol.
• Provides training and guidance to technicians and staff.
