Good Samaritan in Miller, SD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision with a qualified team to administer medications, assess residents, and support care plans.

Position is PRN with varying shifts. Requires 3+ months LTC experience (6 months preferred) and an active LPN license. Premium pay applies including a $10/hr premium and shift differentials.

Qualificações

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.
• Minimum 3 months experience in Long Term Care; 6 months preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Graduated from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.
• Maintains CEUs and department competency training as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care and outcomes; communicate with care team.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to support care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
