Good Samaritan, Miller, SD, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN role at the Miller Prairie Center. The LPN will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and support an interdisciplinary team across long-term care settings.

A valid LPN license and demonstrated LTC experience are required. The position includes travel to support multiple locations within a 75-mile radius, with premium pay rates and shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required (multi-state licensure preferred).
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Support an interdisciplinary care team and communicate effectively with residents and families.
