Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid unrestricted Virginia LPN license or multi-state compact license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to document and follow orders accurately.
• Willingness to work varied hours and locations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process under RN supervision.
• Screen sick calls, administer medications, and provide first aid.
• Maintain medical records and communicate with security/treatment staff.
• Be available for coverage as needed to meet institutional needs.
