Graceworks Lutheran Services is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN, on-site coverage in Dayton, OH. The role supports residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and daily living activities, while maintaining records and collaborating with the care team.

The position offers Saturday shifts (8:30am–5:00pm) with a pay rate of $34.00/hr and comprehensive benefits through the organization for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Minimum 3 years experience; long-term healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Applies physical therapy procedures to patients using therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and devices.
• Assesses patients and documents range of motion, strength, and vital signs.
• Prepares evaluation notes, progress notes, and attendance records; communicates with the care team.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety; adheres to policies and HIPAA.
• Assists with transfers, gait training, and use of assistive devices as directed.

Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
