You will work within a compassionate therapy team, collaborating with nurses and therapists to ensure continuity of care. A PTA license in the state and an associate degree are required, with ongoing CEUs encouraged and paid time off provided

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a PTA program from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in the state of practice.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate service delivery and EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Return residents to optimal physical function in SNF settings.
• Instruct patients in maintaining function after discharge.
• Utilize education, independent exercise programs, and activity modification.
