Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement interventions to maximize function and safe mobility.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using varied modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and home programs.
