Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage in Alliance, OH. The role emphasizes consistency with the full-time team and delivering care to maintain continuity of treatment plans.

You will work with supervision from a Physical Therapist, implementing individualized plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices. This position offers 10–15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
