Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Hollywood, FL is seeking a PRN Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation program. The role emphasizes psychosocial assessments, family support, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.

The position offers flexible PRN scheduling, mileage reimbursement at clinical rate, and opportunities to work in home and community settings with a focus on meaningful patient

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) is required.
• Current LCSW licensure in state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in rehabilitation settings (TBIs, SCI, stroke).
• BLS/First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and emotional support for patients and families.
• Assist with coping strategies, adjustment, and community reintegration.
• Connect patients with community resources and support services.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, case managers and caregivers to support goals.
• Advocate for patients throughout rehabilitation journey.
