Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for part-time, PRN work delivering real-world psychosocial support in clients' homes and communities. You will collaborate with a neuro rehab team to support independence and functional recovery, offering flexible scheduling, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy (LCSW, MSW, MFCC, or LPC) is required.
• Current Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapist licensure/certification in the practicing states is required.
• Minimum of one year of rehab experience.
• BLS First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive evaluations and assesses social, emotional, and support needs.
• Identifies community resources to achieve measurable objectives.
• Provides social work intervention and counseling to patients and families.
• Re-assesses treatment progress and modifies goals as needed.
• Communicates needs and progress to treatment team and family.
• Maintains documentation in required formats and timelines.
