Job summary

Rehab Without Walls in Miami, FL, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a PRN Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation program. You will perform psychosocial assessments, coordinate care, and advocate for patients navigating recovery after brain or spinal injuries.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW).
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with brain/spinal injuries or acute diagnosis.
• BLS First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations of patients and families.
• Sets measurable objectives with the rehab team.
• Assists physicians and health team members in understanding social and emotional factors.
• Instructs/counsels patients and families on coping with illness.
• Participates in care coordination and uses community resources.

Education
