• MSW or Master’s in Counseling is required.
• LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC license issued by Ohio is required.
• Two years of mental health or substance abuse treatment experience with group therapy and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CBT services to diverse age groups addressing behavioral and substance use concerns.
• Manage and oversee all assigned client cases.
• Collaborate with care teams including families and external partners.
• Provide resources, referrals, and discharge planning as needed.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and safety planning with external institutions.
• Complete clinical documentation and administrative tasks accurately.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
• Maintain professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.
• Communicate proactively with clinical partners and admin team.
• Participate in supervision and continuing education opportunities.
