Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW or Master’s in Counseling required.
• Licensed in Ohio as LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in mental health/substance use with group therapy, crisis intervention and treatment planning.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CBT services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Manage and oversee all assigned client cases.
• Collaborate with client care teams, families and external partners.
• Provide resources, referrals to community-based services when needed.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and emergency response with external institutions.
• Complete clinical documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.
• Communicate proactively with clients and clinical partners.
