Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW or Master's in Counseling is required.
• License in Ohio (LSW/LISW, LPC, or LPCC) is required.
• Two years of experience in mental health or substance abuse settings with group therapy and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CBT services to diverse age groups addressing behavioral and mental health concerns.
• Manage and oversee all assigned client cases and treatment planning.
• Coordinate with care teams, families, and external partners for continuity of care.
• Provide resources, referrals, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation and pursue ongoing professional development.
